Returns policy
Local -
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide us with your order number when logging a return.
International –
Please note that no international returns can be processed at this time, for any queries regarding international shipping please contact tracey@africantradingport.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and provide feedback within a reasonable time frame.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and advise if the refund has been approved or not. If a refund has been approved we process the payment, please note refunds could take anything from 48-72 hours to reflect in your bank account once actioned. Refunds exclude shipping and delivery fees.
