 Artwell Chipiri Mchimika

Born: 1 June 1972, Harare, Zimbabwe

At the age of 19, he was inspired by Simon Chiseko to become a stone sculptor.

From 2003 to 2005 he lived and worked in South Korea, alongside other artists from around the world, participating in workshops and exhibitions.

Artwell specialises in human figurative abstracts. His work is displayed at the Harare Safari Lodge in Zimbabwe, Musande Gallery in Germany, and Guruve Gallery UK.
